AMD Releases Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.10.3 Driver with Support for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy

AMD releases a new driver that includes support for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, the latest blockbuster movie from Disney. Gamers can now enjoy enhanced graphics and performance with Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 21.10.3 on AMD GPUs

The Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.10.3 driver has been published by AMD. For Radeon RX 6900 XT and Radeon RX 6800 XT customers, the updated driver adds support for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy (October 26, 2021), with up to a 21% boost in performance at the 4K Ultra level compared to the previous 21.10.2 driver. Issues that have been resolved

Some customers using AMD Processors, such as the Ryzen 9 5950X Processor, may not be able to utilize the CPU Tuning option in Radeon Software.
The Multimedia Athena Dumps folder may use a lot of disk space for certain users.
Some users may suffer a black screen flicker when playing a game if they have numerous screens connected and try to navigate between active windows (through the Alt + Tab shortcut).
Some AMD Graphics devices, such as the Radeon RX 6600 Graphics, may crash during gaming in Battlefield V.
When Radeon Boost is active when playing Cyberpunk 2077 on select AMD Graphics devices, such as the Radeon RX 6700 XT Graphics, image corruption may appear on some characters.

Issues that have been identified

When users adjust their Samsung Odyssey G9 C49G95T monitor to 5120X1440 @ 240Hz, they may encounter display corruption.
On select AMD Graphics devices, such as the Radeon RX 6800M Graphics, visual abnormalities may be seen when playing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
When playing certain DirectX 11 games, such as PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, with several monitors connected in extended mode, AMD Radeon Software may crash or become unusable.
When activated on certain games and system combinations, Enhanced Sync may result in a blank screen. As a temporary workaround, any users who are having problems with Enhanced Sync should disable it.
Extremely high and inaccurate memory clock values may be reported by Radeon performance measurements and logging capabilities on occasion.

Known Issues with AMD Link for Windows

When streaming HEVC over the Internet with certain settings, there may be intermittent grey frame corruption. Instead, utilize the AVC encoding option as a workaround.
